  • Sourcing Profiles through different job portals.

  • Handling End to End Recruitment from understanding of business requirement, mapping, initial screening/candidate interaction, meeting/interview scheduling, etc.
  • Briefing the new joiners about company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (issue offer letter/Appointment letter/ID card/collection of required documents from new joiners).
  • Verifying of documents, updating the complete details of the new joiners.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4years in Recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
